We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

• Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
• No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!

Projects available:

Provide services for one of many well-known companies in an industry of your choice. Currently we have vacancies in the following fiels: automotive, technology, telecommunications and more. Apply and find out which one suits you best!

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless customer experience
• Provide advice and insights on products
• Resolve issues of a technical nature in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Finnish language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

Offer with accommodation

• Base salary x 14 per year
• ACCOMMODATION: Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300,00€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the company
• Performance Bonus – for results from work and meeting expectations
• Salary increase after spending the first 6 months in the company.
• Another salary increase after finishing your first 12 months in the company

Offer without accommodation:

• Base salary x 14 per year
• Performance Bonus

Additionally:

• All of the work equipment is provided by the employer before your first day!
• Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract
• Holidays according to Greek law
