Your role & influence as Customer Service Representative

Responsibility:

You will be given responsibility for being the frontline ambassador of Dustin, providing friendly, efficient, and professional assistance to all customers mainly in Finnish, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly, problems are resolved effectively, and Dustin's values are upheld, ultimately delivering a best-in-class service experience.

Collaboration:

Together with your team, you take care of delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support that drives our collective success.

Core activities:


  • Resolving customers' issues by providing friendly and efficient assistance, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Processing orders and returns accurately and timely to facilitate seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Educating customers by providing clear and helpful information about our products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
