We are now looking for a part-time Junior Fraud Analyst to support our customers with Fraud and Transaction monitoring tasks.

Our goal is to be a leading European payment industry player operating globally and as we are growing; we are strengthening our Transaction monitoring team to ensure a world class customer experience to our customers.

This role is a great junior-level position and opportunity for someone who is excited to work with fraud and transaction monitoring, wants to expand their competence and technical skills and is eager to learn more about prevention of financial crime.

About the role;

Daily work as a Junior Fraud Analyst consists of analyzing alerts highlighted through Fraud and Transaction monitoring processes in the monitoring platform. Depending on the alarm, you will take necessary actions according to agreed models.

Tasks remain consistent, but the content of those tasks varies due to the constantly evolving fraud trends and patterns. Once you get going and your expertise grows, you may expand your knowledge to various supporting and improvement tasks related to AML, Financial Crime prevention and data analytics.

This role will be a part-time position around 20 hours per week during the evenings and weekends with flexibility depending on your schedule.

To succeed we believe that you:

• As this is a junior position, you don’t need to have existing experience from fraud management, but background from banking domain or experience from financial services will help you to succeed (i.e. customer service, customer support, front-line service support)
• Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Have an eye for detail and natural curiosity towards analyzing data related to daily transaction monitoring
• Are precise and have great ability to follow procedures and guideline
• Are equipped with can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills as this position requires a lot of information seeking from different sources
• Can work flexibly in an environment driven by volumes and requirements
• Are willing to take ownership of your own work
• Are a team player that has a strong will to grow and develop
