What will you do in this role?

• You will provide HRBP support to our Engineering and Manufacturing business lines, working to ensure alignment with the strategic directions of the business.
• Forge powerful partnerships and shape the future of our business! You'll be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, working closely with them to understand their challenges and unlock opportunities for growth.
• Champion our people and drive a culture of growth. Partner with the assigned Line of Business Management to create a workplace where employees thrive. You'll be a key voice in shaping people-related priorities, ensuring that our talent strategy aligns with our business goals.
• Shape the future of our workforce! You'll play a key role in developing and implementing both short-term and long-term organizational and talent plans that align with our business objectives and drive future growth.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive business success. Develop a deep understanding of your Line of Business and contribute your unique expertise to shape its strategy and achieve its goals.
• Own the implementation of key people programs. You'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues to roll out and manage initiatives that support our employees and drive business success, including programs like OKRs, Total Rewards, and performance management.
• Empower managers to become exceptional people leaders. You'll provide expert guidance, coaching, and training to managers on all aspects of People & Culture,
• You Lead the Way in Shaping Our Culture As an HRBP and P&C leader, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and growing our amazing culture. You’ll live and breathe our values, inspiring others to Be Curious, See the Big Picture, and Drive Teamwork.

Requirements

Required

• Seasoned HRBP: You have a proven track record (7+ years) of success as an HRBP, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Global HR Expertise: Europe, and preferably also experience in US and UK
• Leadership & Influence: You're a natural coach and influencer, adept at collaborating with executives and senior leaders.
• Positive & Proactive: You approach challenges and navigate change with a can-do spirit and a high degree of resilience.
• Effective Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and you're comfortable facilitating presentations and workshops.

Preferred

• Solid experience as HRBP for leadership teams, ideally in fast-paced or transformation environments.
• Experience in managing global HR projects
