For our international Client – high-growth SaaS company, Finnish pioneer in online conversion, we are now search for candidate for a position of:

Head of Operations to support their next phase of growth.

About the role

In this critical leadership role, you’ll drive operational clarity and efficiency across all functions and markets, reporting directly to the Group CEO and working closely with the CFO and Chief of Staff.

You’ll oversee business operations with a strong focus on aligning Sales, Customer Success, Technology, and Marketing to enable scalable growth and effective execution.

Your main responsibility is to bring structure to cross-functional efforts, helping teams work faster and more cohesively. Success in this role comes from influence—aligning stakeholders, streamlining decisions, and removing operational friction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational activities across company’s markets (Finland, Sweden, UK), ensuring team alignment and clarity

• Define and implement scalable processes and ways of working that support decision-making, accountability, and transparency.

• Bring clarity to decision-making processes, accountability structures, and operational planning.

• Oversee and maintain core business operations across all departments.
• Support functions such as HR, Finance, and Facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Support contract negotiations and help assess acceptable business risk, working closely with the Legal function.

• Act as company’s operational voice within business gruop, bringing a grounded, solution-oriented perspective to cross-company initiatives.

• Identify and address operational bottlenecks and proactively solve cross-functional challenges.

• Lead cross-functional operational projects that remove friction and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in an operations role within a fast-paced, international, or high-growth environment – preferably SaaS.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; able to work across diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, implement tools, and drive alignment across functions.

• Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financial oversight, planning, and reporting.

• Self-driven, structured, and highly accountable – comfortable leading both strategy and execution.

• Fluent in English; Finnish is a strong advantage
