Are you a student with a passion for supporting People and Organization related initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? If so, we invite you to join our team as our new HR Student Assistant and being a part of our efforts to improve the lives of people with chronic diseases and promote long-term health.
In this position you will be working flexibly, adjusted to the needs of your studies as well as to our relevant business needs. The expected working hours will be around 15 hours per week, during normal office hours. Your main workplace will be our great office in Säterinportti, Espoo. The position is fixed term for one year and expected to start in August 2025.

The Position
As our HR Student Assistant, you will be responsible of supporting local HR team with various day-to-day tasks, HR-related programs and HR strategy implementation.
Where you could help us:
  • Prepare different documentation and intranet updates
  • Coordinate internal events and training sessions
  • Support employer branding activities
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Office management tasks
In this role, you will be part of small country HR team with the affiliate HR Director as your manager.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
  • Teamplayer and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills, preferably in both Finnish and English
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • A keen interest and mindset to foster continuous improvement and employee engagement
  • Good capabilities with MS Office programmes (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and you are able to commit to 12 months fixed term, part time agreement.
