Our expertise spans across industries such as Data Centres and Pharmaceutical throughout Europe and beyond.

The Role...

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee all aspects of the Project from inception to its conclusion and closing the Contract. To develop a plan, monitor progress and close the project once it is deemed complete and accepted by the client, thus ending the contract.

Responsibilities..

  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget, managing any changes to the scope, schedule or costs as they arise.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks, troubleshooting any issues that may be identified
  • Communicate regularly with all teams to ensure smooth operations, assist with the resolution of any unexpected disruption
  • Manage relationship with client and stakeholders with regular reporting to the client and management
  • Ensure all Heath, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Conclude the project successfully, include an evaluation of the project containing ‘lessons learned’ to help identify challenges for future projects
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The Person...

  • Proven track record managing large scale projects, ideally data centres in Europe.
  • Mechanical or Electrical background
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to reside and work full-time in Finland.
