We are now looking for a Manager, Treasury Cash Management to join our Cash Management team at UPM Treasury and Risk Management department in Helsinki, Finland.

UPM Group Treasury in Helsinki is responsible for Liquidity, FX and Interest rate risk management, Funding and Cash Management. Treasury also operates UPM Internal Bank.

We are looking for a new team member who can contribute to developing cash management processes for higher efficiency and quality. What you will do

In this position, you will take on a wide range of interesting responsibilities in the cash management area with a focus on developing processes, systems, and ways of working. You will be involved in many global processes including payments, banking connectivity, customer collections and liquidity forecasting with close integration to Finance operations and UPM businesses. You will also have an opportunity to further develop our cash management analytics, KPIs and metrics to provide better visibility on how well we are meeting our targets.

Your tasks will include:

• Participating in projects ranging from large ERP and other UPM level projects to Treasury projects with banks and other service providers
• Participating in banking RFP’s & leading banking services governance
• Taking responsibility of cash management analytics solutions
• Developing Treasury risk management processes with cash management insight
• Initiating new development ideas and continuously improving processes and ways of working
• Supporting back-office and Internal Bank continuous development

Who you are

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cash management and/or other Treasury / Finance processes
• You have experience with SAP FICO, CM and IHC and preferably also with S/4HANA environment which we use as our cash management solution
• You have an analytical mindset and willingness to solve complex problems
• You have proficient IT skills, and experience on analytics and Power BI
• You are experienced in project work and ideally have been leading projects
• You have a developer mindset and are motivated to learn more
• You are collaborative and supportive team player
• You are fluent in English and Finnish
