Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to Vaasa (Finland). This position is fixed-term until the end of September.
We have a hybrid working model and we work part of the week from the office in Vaasa and partly remotely.
In this role you’ll be the face of the company interacting with our important stakeholders – end-users, clients and partners.
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
resolve customer support cases through phone and email efficiently and politely offering best-in-class service
guide our stakeholders from a technical and product perspective through the user-journey
liaise with colleagues and other teams to find the best solutions
identify recurring issues and feedback to be escalated for product development
keep yourself up to date with new and changing features of the product
